We are
always looking for dedicated, compassionate and enthusiastic volunteers to
assist with caring for its 80+ animals.
Just a few volunteer projects include cleaning stalls, painting, carpentry,
haying, chopping fruit as well as writing, photography, grant researching
and writing, newsletter writing,
event planning and fundraising.
We are also actively seeking an architect to lend its skills in planning a
"green" education center. We periodically have Volunteer
Orientations in which you will receive a tour of the barn and a tutorial of
how to clean, feed and otherwise care for the animals. If you would like more information on volunteering, please
