Fundraise for MFS this Winter!

Create a Fundraiser for MFS on Facebook for #GivingTuesday!

Tomorrow is #GivingTuesday, a day when people around the world give back by supporting their favorite causes. This year, Facebook will be matching all gifts made on #GivingTuesday up to $7 million.

MFS will be raising money for our 2018 Winter Hay Fundraiser all day, and we’d be grateful if you could help by running your own Facebook fundraiser for #GivingTuesday. Here’s how:

• Visit the MFS Facebook Fundraiser page to start your fundraiser.
• Set your fundraiser goal. Any amount is appreciated!
• Set your end date for 11/28/2018.
• Name your fundraiser (e.g. "Jen’s #GivingTuesday Fundraiser for Maple Farm Sanctuary")
• Fill in your fundraiser details. Mention the MFS 2018 Winter Hay Fundraiser, talk about your personal involvement as an MFS volunteer or supporter, or highlight a particular animal at MFS who has touched your heart:
  • For example, "I’m helping raise money for rescued farm animals at Maple Farm Sanctuary for #GivingTuesday. MFS desperately needs to buy hay and shavings to keep their animals fed and warm this winter. Can you help by making a gift? Your gift will be doubled by Facebook until the promotion reaches its goal.”
• Select the cover photo showing the 2018 MFS Hay Fundraiser.
• Click "Create!"
